Refund policy

Every BUILLTH piece is printed to order — one at a time, for the person who ordered it. No overproduction, no shirts sitting in a warehouse waiting for someone. That means we can’t accept returns for sizing or change of mind — once it’s printed, it’s yours.

What we do stand behind: the print, the garment, and the shipment.

We’ll replace or refund your order if:

• It arrived damaged or defective
• You received the wrong item
• The print itself is flawed — cracked, misaligned, or not what you ordered

Reach out within 30 days of delivery at buillthclub@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We move on it fast — you didn’t come this far to learn the truth just to wait weeks for a straight answer.
